Rummy is one of the more popular traditional card games that require skill and strategy, and it easily enough to be played by players of all ages. It has a lot of versions that can be played online, but Rummy - Offline Card Game is a great option if you just want to practice your skills without the pressure of an online match.
Gameplay
The game starts with 13 cards for each player, and the objective is simple: to create sets of three or more cards from the same suit or sequences of three or more cards in a row. A set of three is called a "meld", and there must always be at least two of these types of sets in hand for a player to win.
The game consists of several rounds, and the first player is determined by drawing the highest card from the deck, with the suit of the highest card determining the trump suit for that round. Once this happens, each player gets their 13 cards, and the game begins.
Players then take turns adding cards to melds or sequences, and they can also choose to pick up cards from the deck or discard pile, and then throw away other cards they do not need. Once a player has made two melds, they can proceed to "go out" and win the game, but the player only wins if none of the other players have made any melds or sequences.
