Solitaire, also known as Patience, has been one of the most popular card games for many years. It is a game of organizing cards in order to win, but there are actually many variations of Solitaire. In this guide, we will go through the basic game play and strategy of Solitaire: Classic Card Games.
Gameplay:
Solitaire: Classic Card Games is played using a standard 52-card deck. The goal is to move all of the cards from the four suits into the foundation piles in ascending order, starting from Aces and ending with Kings.
To start the game, seven piles of cards are dealt out, with one card in the first pile, two cards in the second pile, and so on. The last pile, known as the stock, is where the remaining cards are kept.
The top card of each pile, except for the stock, is face-up. The stock is face-down, and players can draw a card from it by clicking on the deck.
Players can move cards between columns to create new runs in descending order, but they must alternate colors. For example, players can move a red Queen onto a black King, but not a red King.
